Hi, I’m Jennifer. I’m a creative leader passionate about growing people to their full potential while creating impactful content to launch into the world. With 6+ years leading teams as well as 13+ years creating video content, I’ve blended fostering creativity with strong, analytical leadership to drive results.
Nothing makes me more excited than coaching someone to the next level of their career. Whether it be adding a new skill or advancing into management, I strive to understand individuals’ motivations to know how best to support them.
In my role as a leader at MedBridge, I’ve transformed the production department by increasing output of launched content by 50%, improved processes to move new content twice as fast through design and animation teams, and created a forecasting model to accurately predict schedules for all teams at least one quarter ahead. I approach roadblocks with strategic thinking to keep projects on track and teams motivated.
Prior to MedBridge, I created content in both the news and entertainment industries. As a Creative Writer and Producer at KIRO-TV in Seattle, Washington, I wrote nightly news topicals that catapulted KIRO’s 11pm newscast to first place in the market, moving it up from third place. As a Promotion Producer at KHQ-TV in Spokane, Washington, I strengthened their brand in the market through various targeted campaigns. And at E! Entertainment in Los Angeles, California, I edited content on tight turnaround deadlines like award show red carpet interviews to ensure E! had the first celebrity interviews online.
I currently reside in Charlotte, North Carolina. The outdoors are where I recharge my creativity, often through my passion for photography. You can view some of my landscape photographs here.
My endless curiosity means I’m a lifelong learner who’s always eager to develop a new skill or deeper understanding of a topic. Below are trainings I’ve completed to continually refine my leadership.
